Corporate Compliance at Cayuga Counseling Services
Cayuga Counseling Services, Inc. strives to provide the greatest level of care and service to our clients while conducting business with the highest level of business ethics and in compliance with all federal and state mandates. The Agency has adopted a Corporate Compliance Program to demonstrate our commitment to comply with all federal and state laws and regulations.
The Corporate Compliance Program applies to members of the Board of Directors, agency staff members, contract employees, volunteers, students and other agents. Persons performing Agency business and new board members receive training during their orientation, and all receive ongoing training to ensure that the policies and procedures of the Corporate Compliance Program are fully understood. The Corporate Compliance Program is monitored by the Corporate Compliance Officers.
The Corporate Compliance Program is overseen by a committee which consists of:
- Agency Quality Assurance Committee
- Board of Directors Audit Committee
- Executive Director
- Corporate Compliance Officers
