Criminal Court Services

Cayuga Counseling Services, Inc. Criminal Court Diversion Programs provide a variety of services and programs designed to divert and to rehabilitate young offenders and to provide alternatives to incarceration and pre-trial detention. Based on restorative justice models, the programs seek to reduce recidivism and by using the most current screening and eligibility tools, does this without compromising public safety.
