Employee Assistance Program

For the past 25 years Cayuga Counseling Services has offered Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to businesses in the local and surrounding communities. An Employee Assistance Program is sponsored by employers as part of an overall benefits package for their staff members. An EAP, a low cost addition to a benefits package, provides free and confidential assistance to employees dealing with the challenges of everyday living.
