The Agency is seeking a dynamic and creative Executive Director to manage a strong, innovative organization serving children and families in Cayuga and Onondaga Counties. The Agency is a leader in serving consumers in the mental health, juvenile justice, criminal justice, intellectual disability and child abuse prevention and treatment systems. The Agency operates DOH, OMH and OPWDD certified programs, 9 satellite clinics, Child Advocacy Center, Rape Crisis, Detention Alternatives as well as several other programs. Candidate must have experience leading an organization of comparable size and scope, be able to establish, maintain and nurture cooperative relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders as well as be able to integrate and/or develop programming that meets identified or emerging needs.

Qualifications: Masters Degree in related field, minimum 7 years experience leading an organization, strong board and strategic planning skills, an abundance of creative energy and possess a vision of service and cross system integration.
