Certified Peer Specialist
Provides non-clinical peer support services using lived experience of recovery to support individuals in resiliency, engagement, and wellness.

Lived experience with emotional, behavioral, developmental delays or mental health disorder required
Full Time: 40 hours
Hourly: $21.68 an hour
Family Peer Advocate
Provides structed, strength-based peer support to families raising children with social, emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges.

MUST be a parent, lived experience parenting a child (including a foster child) who has/had an emotional, behavioral, developmental delays or mental health disorder required.
​Full Time: 40 Hours
Hourly: $21.68 an hour
Victim Services Advocate/ Educator
The Advocate/Educator provides a comprehensive range of victim services including crisis counseling assessment and intake, information/referrals, personal advocacy, and emergency assistance to victims of crime in Cayuga County as well as provide evidence-based educational programming (topics include sexual assault, domestic violence digital safety, healthy relationships, and child abuse prevention) to students K-12 in schools throughout Cayuga County.

Provide direct services to crime victims including crisis intervention services, safety planning, advocacy services, crime victim rights information, emergency transportation, short-term childcare services, referrals for temporary housing/shelter and security measures, assistance in participating in criminal justice proceedings, referrals and accompaniment to forensic medical examinations, law enforcement accompaniment and other services as needed.

Provide coverage for the crisis hotline on a rotating basis.
Full Time: 40 Hours​
Hourly: $21.68 & on Call Stipend
Care Manager
This position is responsible for providing Care Management for eligible Medicaid members under the Medicaid 1115 waiver program.

Assist eligible members with securing safe, affordable housing.

Refer eligible members to programs within the Network.

Attend various meetings to educate providers about the services available under the wavier.
Full Time: 40 Hours​
Salary: $45,095
Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Screener
This position is responsible for conducting screenings for Medicaid members to determine eligibility under the Medicaid 1115 waiver program. The Screener also provides Navigation to Referrals to programs within the network. This position is a fully remote, part-time position and each screener is expected to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
