Our 2025–2028 Strategic Plan serves as a roadmap for the future of Cayuga Counseling Services. Guided by our mission to be a transformative force for healing, advocacy, and hope, the plan outlines our commitment to strengthening services, supporting staff, expanding opportunities for youth and families, and responding to the evolving needs of our community. Through these priorities, we will continue meeting people where they are and building a stronger, healthier Cayuga County.
