Evelyn Noden, LMSW, is the Director of Trauma and Resiliency Services at Cayuga Counseling Services and has over 25 years of experience in strength-based, family-centered, community-focused care. She began her career with the Coordinated Children’s Services Initiative (CCSI) and has since led multiple programs, including Family and Criminal Court Services and Children’s Care Management. Evelyn oversees The HAVEN, SAVAR, and the Child Advocacy Center (CAC), ensuring accessible, survivor-centered services and strong multidisciplinary collaboration across the community. Her leadership continues to advance trauma-responsive practices and strengthen systems of care for children, adults, and families.
