CAYUGA COUNSELING SERVICES (CCS) MAY BE ABLE TO HELP
CCS contracted through the Finger Lakes Independent Provider Association (FLIPA) to screen and connect individuals with Medicaid Managed Care who meet certain qualifications to services available under the New York State Medicaid 1115 Waiver.
