Jessica Wagner is the Associate Director at Cayuga Counseling Services, where she combines her passion for helping others with her expertise in billing and compliance. She ensures that the agency runs smoothly behind the scenes, managing insurance processes and safeguarding compliance so that clinicians can focus on what matters most—supporting clients.

Jessica’s career at Cayuga Counseling Services has spanned multiple roles, from working directly with children and families to leading teams and shaping agency-wide policies. Her hands-on experience gives her a unique perspective on the importance of both care and compliance.

A graduate of SUNY Potsdam with a degree in Sociology, Jessica is committed to continuous learning and holds certifications in trauma-informed care, domestic violence prevention, and compliance investigations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, watching football or True Crime shows.
