Tori is a compassionate leader and dedicated advocate for families. As the program supervisor for Healthy Families of Cayuga County, she supports parents through evidence-based guidance, community connection, and strength-based focused care. With her combined expertise as a DONA registered birth and post-partum doula, Tori walks alongside families through pregnancy to early parenting, offering calm, informed, and nurturing support. Tori has supported many women in the Healthy Families program through the labor and delivery of their babies and continues to be an advocate for trauma informed care in medical facility settings. Her work is driven by a deep belief in empowering parents, fostering resilience, and helping every family thrive in reaching their own goals. Tori is endorsed through the New York State Association of Infant Mental Health as an Infant Family Specialist and is pursuing the Reflective Supervisor endorsement to further support staff during supervision. Tori has been a part of Healthy Families and with the agency for almost 3 years.
