Melissa Visco is the Director of Navigation and Family Support at Cayuga Counseling Services, overseeing Healthy Families of Cayuga County, CHHUNY Care Management, and Navigation Services. She ensures program quality, provides reflective supervision, and collaborates with community partners across advisory boards and task forces. She is endorsed as an Infant Family Specialist through the New York State Association of Infant Mental Health and is pursuing the Reflective Supervisor endorsement.

With over 15 years of experience in family support, home visiting, early childhood services, and care management, Melissa has held multiple leadership roles within Healthy Families. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at Keuka College. She is dedicated to strengthening families and improving access to supportive services in the community.
