Parent-Child Interaction Therapy
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is a program that can help families with young children who are experiencing behavioral or emotional challenges. It is a short-term, evidence-based program that involves weekly therapy sessions with a therapist and the child and caregiver.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
The outpatient mental health clinic offers intensive, comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Our clinic has DBT trained therapist who offers both individual and group therapy. Individuals must be open in the clinic to access DBT. (Internal referral form is attached) Please reach out to Judith Kennedy for more questions

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, evidence-based psychotherapy that helps people process and reduce the distress connected to traumatic or highly upsetting experiences. The clinic has therapist trained in EMDR and individuals must be open in the clinic.
