Emily Hichcock
Deputy Director
Emily Hitchcock, LMHC, is an experienced mental health professional with more than a decade of leadership and clinical expertise across outpatient mental health, victim services, and children’s behavioral health. As Deputy Director at Cayuga Counseling Services, she provides strategic oversight to the Children’s and Family Treatment Support Services Program and the Victim Services Program, while also managing daily operations of the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. Emily is extensively trained in evidence-based treatments, including TF-CBT, EMDR, PCIT, and multiple Problematic Sexual Behavior–Cognitive Behavioral Treatment models.

Throughout her career, Emily has demonstrated a strong commitment to trauma-informed care, program development, and multidisciplinary collaboration. She has supervised clinical teams, shaped agency policies, and presented nationally on childhood trauma, data-driven program design, and best practices in working with children and families impacted by addiction and trauma. Emily also serves as Chair of the Cayuga County Mental Health Subcommittee and a member of the Cayuga County Community Services Board.
